Treatments & Services
-
What treatments do you offer?
Our most common treatments are general check-ups, pediatric dentistry, fillings, root canals, oral hygiene, crowns and bridges, orthodontics and teeth whitening.
-
What is the difference between a dentist and a dental hygienist?
A dentist diagnoses and treats oral problems (such as cavities, inflammation) and performs procedures (fillings, extractions, crowns).
A dental hygienist focuses on prevention: he/she thoroughly cleans your teeth (plaque, tartar) and provides advice on oral care to prevent problems.
-
How often should I go to the dentist for a check-up?
Usually twice a year, but this can vary from person to person.
-
Do you also do pediatric dentistry?
Yes, absolutely! And we have developed a special treatment approach for children.
-
How long does an average check take?
10 to 15 minutes.
-
What can I do about tartar/sensitive teeth/bad breath?
For fresh breath and to prevent tartar, focus on:
Brush and floss properly: Remove food debris and plaque daily.
Tongue Cleaning: Remove bacteria from your tongue.
Drink enough water: Keep your mouth clean and moist.Even with the best care, tartar can build up. A dentist or dental hygienist will professionally remove tartar and check your mouth for problems. Regular visits are crucial for a healthy, fresh mouth!
Costs & Reimbursements
-
Will my treatment be reimbursed by insurance?
Dental care for patients up to 18 years old is covered by basic insurance. Insurers set requirements for maximum reimbursements.
Dental care for patients aged 18 and over is reimbursed depending on the patient's supplementary insurance. This varies per insurance and per insurer. For personal advice on what is reimbursed under your specific supplementary insurance, you can contact your insurer.

Above €250: The dentist must provide an estimate.
